Open a new image 350 x 800 on a
white background.
The roof: Path drawing tool.
Click on shape and pick the square.
Mode= 3D round,
W=159, H=159.
After the square is drawn, click on the Path edit tool. Take the bottom right node and push towards the opposite upper
corner until you've got a triangle.
Click on the edit button to get out of the editing mode.
Go to Edit/Fill and click on the image tab. Find where you
put the rooftile5.jpg image on your hard drive. Make sure
that 'Fit the image' is checked and click 'ok'.
Go back to the Path drawing tool and click on the 'Material'
button. Click on the Border/Depth tab and check the
'smooth spine' box. Now click on Shadow. Use these settings-
first box. X-offset= 0, Y-offset= 0, Transparency= 80, Shadow
size= 100, Soft edge= 11. Click 'ok'. I've darkened this a
little by going to Format/Brightness and Contrast- Brightness and
clicking the ninth box on the bottom twice.

Right click
and duplicate.
Click on the transform button and rotate and flip horizontally.
Arrange both shapes like in the screenshot below.
Deselect and save.

Path drawing tool.
Shape (custom) = triangle (under the Arrow shapes).
Edit/Fill, image tab and pick one of the blindstile files.
Check the 'fit the image' box. Click 'ok'.
Stretch the
triangle (path editing tool) so it blends in with the rest
of the roof.

Click on the Path editing tool button and take the bottom left
and middle left node and move it until it touches the bottom
corner and middle of the left side of the roof. Do the same for the right side (so it looks like screenshot
below). Pick the node on the middle left, then the middle
right and then the bottom middle and delete point.
Click the Editing button and
change the Mode=2D. Deselect
and save.

To make the Eave, click on the Path
drawing tool. Shape = Rectangle, Mode = 2D, Color =
532A22, W = 245, H = 23. Create the rectangle. Click
on the transform
tool and use the rotate tool, rotating it 45 degrees to the left
and lining the rectangle up with the
left side of the Facade. Duplicate then rotate and flip
the second one, horizontally. Move it to the right side of the
Facade so both sides of the Eave are blending in at top.
Select both sides of the eave, right click and merge as a single
object. Click on Effect/Eye Candy 3/Inner Bevel. Use
these settings: Bevel width - 31, Shape - flat, Smoothness -
100, Depth - 24, Brightness - 1, Sharpness - 50, Direction -204
and Last Used - Typical.

Click on Object/Shadow. Make
sure shadow box is checked. the 'check mark'.
Use these settings- first box.
X-offset= 5, Y-offset= 5, Transparency= 80, Shadow size=
100, Soft edge= 10. Click 'ok'. Deselect and save.
